There are so many beautiful buildings in places around the world.
Some run down, or were used for other things, but what if you got into the business of fix and flip?
Think of an old apartment, factory or house where you live. What possibilities are there? Is there a way to make money off of it.
In its current state maybe not, but what if you purchased it (or acquired it if abandoned) and transformed it in some way.
A factory to a coworking space or loft apartments. How about an old crumbly apartment renovated to a luxury living space that highlights any remaining architectural elements.
Maybe that old abandoned farmhouse is a wedding venue in disguise or ecohotel.
I watch videos constantly of people doing these just type in “we bought an abandoned…..” And see what they transformed it into.
How can you adapt this idea?
How can you fix the necessities but leave a blank canvas for buyers? If you walk around your city, what potential can you see in old spaces? And can you take simple steps to get started making money from a space?
